Thanks David. My brother talked me through the instalation of a new motherboard. My cd is not working yet but the net is available.
ReplyDeleteYes, it's a real pain when computers play up as we've come to depend on them, probably too much - they're often so fiddly to put right! Good luck with all the rest of the work on it.

Living in S.W. AR the smallll village of under 500 dose not have a library, theater, hobby store, or game store. The internet is my only way to connect with the outside world beside the auto. Every thing missing is 40 to 50 miles away.
